Initiate Request
Log into your Sudathi account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and tucked safely into its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item immediately.
